While the streamer is being tried for his actions, he has spoken out about the upcoming legal battle during a conversation with a fellow creator Carldo.

After claiming he’s doing well financially and that streaming on Rumble is his best course of action now that he’s been banned from YouTube and StairsSomalia explained that he believes he will be able to leave Korea without major consequences.

‘I have to get out of this legal situation and go to America. Let’s see how this plays out. I don’t think I’m going to jail. I think if I don’t go to jail that will be a big win and I can laugh at all these creators ClutterIshmael said.

“I think my next destination is America, buddy. I’m tired of dealing with these foreign governments and these foreign laws. When I stream in America, I don’t have to deal with this. I’m not going to give up. I’m not going to stop.”

It’s not yet known when the Somali trial will take place – and while he’s confident he won’t serve a prison sentence, not every creator feels the same way.
